In Russian, it’s called “po-flotsky” which translates as navy-style. Easy, fast, cheap – this recipe dates back to 18th century and was borrowed by the Russians from Italians. You don’t have to be a sailor to enjoy it.
Recipe:
- Boil macaroni or your preferred type of pasta in salted water.
- Salt & brown minced onion in butter.
- Add meat to onions.
- Mix it with macaroni in a skillet and heat.
