Snowden’s claim of agents hoovering up emails, text messages confirmed

The British Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee has confirmed most of Edward Snowden claims. Much like their US colleagues British spies carry out mass interception of the public’s emails and access large databases with individuals’ personal details, but their actions are not indiscriminate or unlawful, a committee of lawmakers has said.
